Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally — if you're outside the U.S., email hello@wovenandpaw.com and we'll see what we can arrange.

How long it takes

Because every sweatshirt is custom-stitched to order, total delivery takes 10–14 business days from the moment you approve your design preview. Here's the breakdown:

1. 0–24 hours — We review your photo and send a design preview by email. You approve, tweak, or send a new photo.
2. 3–5 business days — Once approved, we digitize and stitch your sweatshirt.
3. 2–5 business days — USPS ships it to your door.

Shipping costs

$7.99 flat-rate U.S. shipping on every order.

Rush orders

We don't currently offer rush shipping — embroidery is a slow craft and we'd rather do it right than fast. If you have a hard deadline, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping email with a tracking number the day your sweatshirt leaves our fulfillment partner.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is in USPS's hands, it's out of ours — but we'll help you track it down.
