What kind of photo works best?
Front-facing, good daylight, nothing covering the face (no leashes, hands, collars up to the chin). Phone photos are fine — the cleaner the pose and lighting, the crisper the embroidery. If the photo isn't ideal, we'll email you for a better one before we stitch anything.
How long until I get it?
10–14 days door to door. That includes up to 48 hours for our design preview, 3–5 days to stitch, and 2–5 days shipping. Holidays may add a day or two.
How does the design preview work?
Within 48 hours of your order, we email you a digital preview of your pet's embroidery on your chosen sweatshirt color. You have 48 hours to reply with any tweaks. If we don't hear back in that window, we auto-approve and start stitching — we'll always send a reminder before the clock runs out. Once approved, the design is locked for production.
Will it actually look like my pet?
Yes — you see the design before we stitch anything. If something's off, you tell us and we revise. If we still can't nail it after one round of revisions, we refund you in full — no stitches made, no fuss.
What if the finished piece doesn't match the preview?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a side-by-side photo and we'll remake the embroidery free — no return shipping, no fine print. We keep this window short so the comparison stays fresh for both of us. Damage, defects, or wrong sizes are handled separately under our standard 30-day policy.
Can I order multiple pets on one sweatshirt?
Right now each piece features one pet. Want two? Order two — or reach out and we'll quote a custom combined design.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach. Embroidery is far more durable than printed graphics — expect years of wear without fading or peeling.
