Welcome to Woven & Paw Co. By using wovenandpaw.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Woven & Paw Co ("we," "us") sells custom embroidered pet-portrait sweatshirts. These terms govern our relationship with you.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock.
The design approval step
Because every sweatshirt is custom, we email you a digital preview of your embroidery design within 48 hours of your order. Your card is charged at checkout (standard Shopify flow).
- If you want to revise the design, reply within 48 hours of receiving the preview.
- If we don't hear from you within that 48-hour window, the design is automatically approved and we begin stitching. We'll send a reminder email before the window closes.
- Once the design is approved (by reply or by the 48-hour window passing), the order is locked into production and no longer cancelable.
If we can't produce a preview you're willing to approve after one round of revisions, we issue a full refund before any stitching begins.
The 48-hour post-delivery window
If your finished sweatshirt arrives and the embroidery clearly doesn't match the preview you approved, you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to email hello@wovenandpaw.com with side-by-side photos. Valid claims get one free remake at no cost. Claims made outside this window cannot be honored — the rationale is that custom embroidery has to be reviewed promptly while the comparison is fresh.
This 48-hour window applies only to embroidery quality (work not matching the approved preview). Damaged goods, wrong size, and defective items fall under our standard 30-day policy — see Returns & Guarantee for details.
Photos you upload
By uploading a pet photo, you affirm that:
- You own the rights to the photo, or have permission from the photographer
- Your use of the photo doesn't violate anyone's rights
We may use non-identifying versions of your approved embroidery design for marketing (social posts, ads, site imagery). If you don't want this, email us and we'll exclude yours.

Shipping, returns, and our guarantee
See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Guarantee pages for details. The short version: 10–14 business days delivery, $7.99 flat U.S. shipping, and we remake any finished piece that doesn't match your approved preview — provided the claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Our content
The site, logo, brand, photography, and written content are ours (or licensed to us). You can't copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission. The embroidery designs created for your order are for your personal use.
Your conduct
Don't do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful on the site. We reserve the right to block users who do.
Warranties & liability
We stand behind the quality of our products through the Woven Promise. Beyond that, the site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
